Pickup
We provide a free pick-up time at our warehouse at Tulpstraat 104, 2060 Antwerp on Friday afternoon between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. (unless stated otherwise online). You can select pick-up during check-out of your order.
For orders collected via pick-up, the free right of return via Bpost or UPS expires. The customer is responsible for returning any returns to Natale.
You can return your order yourself during the fixed pick-up time or via a carrier of your choice.
For shipping to non-EU countries: custom-made available via webshop@nathalievleeschouwer.be
- Procedure
After the purchase and completion of the payment process, the Customer will receive a confirmation of his order via an initial email.
The Customer will then receive a second email from the transport company when his order is shipped, stating a tracking number.

- Delivery
When confirming the order, the Customer can choose delivery to a specific address (residence, place of work or other).
If the customer chooses delivery with Bpost or UPS, a collection point can also be selected.
Natale bv will make every effort to ensure that the order is sent to that address within a few days after confirmation of the order.
If the Customer does not collect his order within the stated collection period, the order will automatically be returned to Natale bv who will then contact the Customer to arrange delivery of the order. In that case, additional delivery costs may be required from the Customer.
Orders can only be delivered to addresses located in Belgium and other countries within the European Union. For custom shipments outside the EU, contact webshop@nathalievleeschouwer.be
- Withdrawal and returns

Returns for other European countries:
Please arrange your return yourself with the carrier of your choice within 14 days of delivery.
Returns of stock sale items:
No right to free returns, returns required within 3 working days after delivery with a carrier of your choice.
Once the above-mentioned calendar days have passed, Natale bv is no longer able to accept the return and the return will be returned to the sender.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
The revoked Product must be returned in impeccable condition, in its original packaging including hang tag with product information, not worn or washed, complete (together with all associated items, such as belt, etc.), accompanied by the original sales invoice (of which the Customer must provide a copy retains) and a fully completed returns document. Any return where the sender cannot be identified will be refused.
Our fragrance lacks 'Nectar' and accessories such as mouth masks and hand gels cannot be returned.
The return must be sent to the following address, which is also clearly stated on the return document:

The risks associated with return shipment are borne by the Customer.
Returns are not accepted in the Nathalie Vleeschouwer brand stores.
For accounting reasons, purchases cannot be exchanged.
If you want a different size, you can do so by placing a new order.
- Refund
The refund of the purchase will be made within 30 calendar days after timely receipt of the return by Natale bv. Provided that all conditions as described above are strictly met. The amount reimbursed will in any case never be greater than the amount actually paid by the Customer.
This refund will be made as follows:
If the Customer has paid for his order by credit card, after checking the returned items, a credit will be issued to the credit card that the Customer used to pay the purchase price of the returned items, subject to deduction of the amounts due or the purchase vouchers or discounts used to pay for the order.
The refund to the Customer will be made according to the terms agreed with the bank that issues the card.
If the Customer has paid for his order with another form of payment, the refund will be made by transfer to the bank account number stated on the return slip.
